CPHI, the world's leading pharma trade show, returns to Frankfurt from November 9 to 11, 2027. We have planned, built and run stands at this show since our first projects, in Frankfurt, Barcelona, Milan and Shanghai.
CPHI Frankfurt 2027 runs from November 9 to 11 at Messe Frankfurt, with 17 zones and around 62,000 expected trade visitors

Venue
Messe Frankfurt, one of the largest exhibition grounds in the world with around 392,000 square metres of hall space in eleven halls. The Messe S-Bahn station sits in the middle of the grounds, and the covered Via Mobile walkway connects all halls.
Scale
Frankfurt 2025 was the largest edition so far: over 59,000 attendees, more than 2,900 exhibitors from 116 countries, visitors from 170 countries, 117 exhibiting start-ups. For 2027 Informa expects 62,000 trade visitors.
17 zones
From APIs, bioproduction and contract services through finished dosage, packaging and drug delivery and machinery to the new zones for lab and analytical equipment, nutraceuticals and cosmeceuticals. The zone determines your hall, your neighbors and your price.
Visitor profile
Purchasing, business development, general management and research from manufacturers, distributors and CDMOs. CPHI is a show where contracts are initiated, not just products displayed.

Public Address's first major projects were built at CPHI. Since then we have accompanied exhibitors to this show wherever it takes place: in Frankfurt, Barcelona, Milan and, through our network, in Shanghai.

CPHI stands at the beginning of our company history and remains a fixed part of our calendar today, often with several stands in parallel at one edition.
Four locations, one concept
Frankfurt, Barcelona, Milan, Shanghai: we carry stand concepts from edition to edition, adapt them to hall and footprint, and realize them on site or through our network partners.
From the info point to several hundred square metres
At CPHI we build the full range, from the compact stand in a specialist zone to spaces of several hundred square metres. Built examples are in our projects.
At Messe Frankfurt every stand over 100 square metres or four metres high needs an approval, which we submit for you
Approval and build height
Messe Frankfurt's Technical Guidelines require plans for stands over 100 square metres, structures over four metres, closed ceilings and double-decker builds, no later than six weeks before installation starts. The build heights that apply at CPHI are set by Informa in the Exhibitor Manual. We submit both for you.
Better Stands
CPHI rates every custom-built stand at bronze, silver or gold level, depending on how much of it is reused. Public Address has received 15 Better Stands awards since 2023, 9 of them gold. We plan your stand so that it passes the assessment.
Installation and logistics
At the 2025 edition there were four installation days, and dismantling started at 6:30 p.m. on the last show day. Vehicles reach the grounds only through Messe Frankfurt's check-in with online pre-registration. We organize the time slots and are on site during installation.
Hesse is Germany's highest-revenue pharma region, and CPHI Frankfurt takes place right in the middle of it, on our doorstep
We are based in Hochheim am Main, between Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Mainz. Messe Frankfurt is a short drive away, and the companies that make our stands are in the same radius.

Which stand sizes do you build at CPHI?
From the compact stand in one of the specialist zones to spaces of several hundred square metres. From 100 square metres, above four metres in height or for double-decker builds, Messe Frankfurt requires a stand approval, which we submit for you.
What do the CPHI zones mean for my stand?
The 17 zones group exhibitors by what they offer, from APIs and packaging to the new areas for lab and analytical equipment and nutraceuticals. The zone determines which hall you are in, who your neighbors are and how the price rises once the zone sells out.
What is the CPHI Better Stands program?
An assessment scheme run by the organizer for custom-built stands: bronze if structure, walls, floors and furniture are reused, silver and gold if fascias, ceilings, graphics and floor coverings are reusable too. An independent assessor documents installation and dismantling. We have received 15 of these awards since 2023.
Can I see stands you have built at CPHI?
Yes. Unlike at medical congresses, we are allowed to show stands from CPHI. Examples from Frankfurt, Barcelona, Milan and Shanghai are in our projects.
