From Hochheim, the Frankfurt exhibition grounds are a short drive along the A3 and A66. We have worked in this region since the company was founded in 1992 and know the venues, the routes and how things run on site.
Frankfurt is where the region's large industrial trade fairs take place. They work differently from a congress: bigger floor space, longer build-up times, double-decker stands. If you exhibit here, we take care of the concept, the planning, the production and the on-site support, so your team can look after your guests.

We are at the RheinMain CongressCenter regularly, above all for the DGIM. It brings together a range of specialists you rarely find at a single congress: oncology, cardiology, urology, diabetology.
For your presence that has a very concrete consequence. Instead of one product at the centre, several products are often visible at once without blurring the separation of medical and commercial. We plan the stand so that both work, and coordinate the approvals with your team.

Mannheim belongs to the Rhine-Neckar area and is less than 60 kilometres from us. To us it is part of the same region, and the Congress Center Rosengarten one of the venues we work in regularly.
The building is anything but a standard floor plan: ceiling height and daylight differ from one stand area to the next, from low-ceilinged spaces to the foyer with its glass facade. All of that has to be accounted for, and it is exactly what we know inside out here. We check it in advance and plan for the actual position. At the DGK, build-up also runs across the Easter holidays, a window we plan for every year.

The Rheingoldhalle sits in the middle of Mainz on the bank of the Rhine, not on an exhibition ground outside town. That makes deliveries and time slots tighter. It changes nothing for you, because registration, logistics and build-up are ours.
Formats here are smaller: the Rheumatology Update Seminar, for instance, is around 20 square metres. Small does not mean planned with any less care.

Most of what stands on our stands is made in the Rhine-Main area. That shortens coordination, makes sample build-ups possible and allows changes that would otherwise fail on the calendar.
Joinery and metalwork nearby
Joineries, metal shops and steel fabricators work within reach. If you want to see a sample, you drive over instead of waiting for photos.
Two to three workshops per trade
We deliberately do not tie ourselves to a single partner per trade. It keeps us independent and means late changes can still be accommodated.
Large-format printing nearby
Graphics and large-format printing come from the region, so a reprint means a drive rather than a day's journey.
Vetted partner workshops
Every partner workshop signs our declaration on environmental and social criteria. Those who do not, stop working for us after a transition period. That keeps the chain up to DIN ISO 20121:2025 traceable.
