In Munich we build on the exhibition grounds in Riem and at the ICM, the congress center right next door. Both are in one place, with their own subway station, freeway access and halls that trucks can drive into right up to the stand. The Messe München grounds in Riem have been in operation since 1998 and fully built out since 2018: 18 ground-level, column-free halls with 11 to 16 metres of clear height, around 200,000 square metres of hall space and 414,000 square metres of outdoor area. Every hall has its own delivery zones and can be driven into, which makes delivery, installation and dismantling easier.
The ICM Internationales Congress Center sits on the same grounds and is linked to Hall C1 by a glazed walkway. This is where the medical congresses take place, in 2027 for example the German Surgery Congress and the European Congress on Obesity. Congresses that need more room add exhibition halls: ESC Congress 2026 used six halls alongside the ICM.
For your appearance that means: whether it is a medical congress at the ICM or an industrial fair in the halls, we take care of concept, planning, production, logistics, installation, dismantling and on-site support, through one point of contact for the whole project.

Messe München
18 column-free halls of 10,000 to 11,000 square metres each, 11 to 16 metres of clear height, floor loads of five tonnes per square metre and hall gates of 4.5 by 4.5 metres. All halls can be driven into and have their own delivery zones.
ICM Internationales Congress Center
Room for 6,000 people in 20 halls, the largest seating 3,000, plus 7,000 square metres of exhibition space on three levels. Linked directly to Hall C1 by the glazed expressway, which offers 10,000 square metres without columns.
Access and logistics
U2 from the main station in just under 20 minutes without changing, exits Feldkirchen-West and München-Riem on the A94, the airport in around 45 minutes, 4,650 spaces in the parking garage. Deliveries go through the access roads of each hall.

ESC, DCK, ECO and DGGG are medical congresses, and the stands we build there are under NDA. Product visuals, medical areas and stand designs stay on protected networks. So instead of a picture from the ICM, this page shows the way of working behind them: strict separation of medical and commercial, approval codes, graphic reference control and documented materials. What we are allowed to show publicly is in our projects.

On the Messe München grounds in Riem and at the ICM Internationales Congress Center, which sits right next to them and is linked to Hall C1. Industrial fairs and medical congresses therefore take place in the same location.
How does the stand get from Hochheim to Munich?
It is planned and made in the Rhine-Main region, then transported and installed by our team on site. The halls in Riem can be driven into and have their own delivery zones. Registration, stand approval and time slots with the organizer are ours to handle for you.
Do you only build the stand, or do you plan it too?
Both. Concept and design, planning, production, logistics, installation, dismantling and support during the event all come together with us, with one fixed point of contact across the whole project.
Which fairs and congresses are coming up in Munich in 2027?

Why are there no photos of stands from Munich here?
The congresses at the ICM are medical congresses. Those stands are under NDA and we are not allowed to show them. What we are allowed to show publicly is in our projects.
What is special about building at Messe München?
The halls are column-free, 11 to 16 metres high and can be driven into right up to the stand. That allows larger structures and makes delivery easier. Double-decker stands and structures over four metres need an approval, which we submit for you together with the plans.
