Field
Cardiology. Alongside oncology, one of the two largest fields in the medical congress calendar. The 90th Annual Meeting drew more than 7,800 participants.
Installation
Over the Easter holidays. Easter Sunday falls on March 28 in 2027, and the congress opens on March 31.
100th anniversary
The 93rd Annual Meeting coincides with the 100th anniversary of the DGK. The congress motto is „100 Jahre DGK Wissen – Innovation – Zukunft“. Picking that up on your stand is a planning decision, not a build-week one.
At the Rosengarten the position of your stand decides how it is built: clear height, daylight and access change from space to space
Ceiling heights that differ
In most buildings, clear height is the same everywhere. Not here. What fits in one position will not fit in the next.
Foyer behind glass
Some of the space sits in the foyer behind a glass facade, with daylight coming in from the side. Materials, lighting and graphics all have to account for that.
No single grid
An exhibition hall gives you the same conditions everywhere. At the Rosengarten we plan each space on its own, by height, daylight and access.
Because installation runs across the Easter holidays, planning has to be finished earlier at DGK than at other congresses

By fall: concept and design
Space, stand layout and visitor flow are settled. The earlier that is fixed, the calmer everything after it becomes.
Winter: engineering and production
Structure, permits, graphics and fabrication. Our trades work in the Rhine-Main region.
Easter week: installation
We install at the Rosengarten across the holidays. Anything missing that week cannot be sourced on a public holiday, which is why preparation is everything here.
After Easter: handover and congress
Handover follows immediately, then the congress opens. We stay on site while it runs.

DGK is a medical congress. The stands we build there are covered by our clients' confidentiality agreements, and those cover photographs too. We could show you pictures taken somewhere else. We would rather not, and tell you what we actually do there instead.
