Work for Flagships
We are 40+ people — small and close-knit. But our clients are global brands. You work on premium projects for companies like Abbott, Johnson & Johnson, and Röhm, across 45+ countries.
We Show Up for Each Other
Annual team trips, Christmas parties, and biannual presentations where we walk each other through every project. When peak season hits, everyone pitches in. This is not a corporate slogan — it is how things actually work here.

“In 2023, I began a six-month internship in the logistics department of our company. My goal was twofold: to improve my German skills and to discover another facet of event organization—a field I had studied at the HES Tourism School in Sierre. Three years later, I'm still at Public Address, where I now hold the position of Project Manager. This experience has given me the opportunity to learn a new profession, develop new skills, and thrive in a stimulating international environment. My native French was never seen here as an obstacle, but rather as a genuine asset.”

Three Locations.
One Team.
Three Locations.
One Team.
What does a typical career path look like at Public Address?
There isn't one — and that's intentional. Many of our team members started in one role and shaped it into something new over time. We grow positions around people, not the other way around.
How big is the team?
40+ people across three locations: Hochheim am Main (HQ), Austria, and Poland. Big enough to handle complex international projects, small enough that everyone knows each other by name.
Do I need trade fair experience to apply?
Not necessarily. We value curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Some of our best people came from completely different industries and brought fresh perspectives that made us better.
What if there's no open position that fits me?
Apply anyway. We're always interested in meeting people who share our values. If you're the right fit, we'll figure out the role together — that's how several positions at PA were created in the first place.
What's the work culture like?
Hands-on, direct, and personal. We show up for each other — whether that means answering a client at 8 PM or helping a colleague prep for a tight deadline. It's professional but never distant. People stay here because they feel like they belong.
