“In 2023, I began a six-month internship in the logistics department of our company. My goal was twofold: to improve my German skills and to discover another facet of event organization—a field I had studied at the HES Tourism School in Sierre. Not necessarily. We value curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Some of our best people came from completely different industries and brought fresh perspectives that made us better.
