Cities in the region

Berlin is a trade fair city we have worked in regularly for years. The medical congresses take place at the CityCube on the exhibition grounds and at the Estrel in Neukölln, the large industrial fairs in the halls by the Funkturm. Under the city you will find the venues we work in, plus the other event locations in town.

Berlin is one of the trade fair cities where we have worked regularly for many years. We have known the CityCube Berlin since it opened in 2014: the German Cancer Congress, the DKOU and the Diabetes Congress are held there, and hub27 sits right next to it at the south entrance of the exhibition grounds. Both connect directly to the exhibition halls.

The Estrel Congress Center in Neukölln is a congress hotel with real halls and uniform conditions: two convention halls of around 4,700 square metres each, 11 metres of ceiling height and load-bearing rigging points. This is where the BDRh congress, the German Rheumatology Congress 2027 and the EASL SLD Summit 2027 take place.

For your appearance that means: whether it is a congress at the CityCube or an industrial fair in the halls by the Funkturm, registration, stand approval, logistics, installation and on-site support are ours to handle, through one point of contact from the first concept to dismantling.

Healthcare Pharma

Stands at medical congresses are covered by confidentiality agreements, which is why we show no photos

The Diabetes Congress, the German Cancer Congress, DKOU, EULAR and BDRh are medical congresses, and the stands we build there are under NDA. Product visuals, medical areas and stand designs stay on protected networks. So instead of a picture from the CityCube or the Estrel, this page shows the way of working behind them: strict separation of medical and commercial, approval codes, graphic reference control and documented materials.

FAQ

Common questions about stand building in Berlin

What exhibitors ask us most often about Berlin. If your question is not here, let's talk about it.

Ask us directly
Venues

Which venues do you build in in Berlin?

At the CityCube Berlin and hub27 on the exhibition grounds by the Funkturm, and at the Estrel Congress Center in Neukölln. The large industrial fairs such as IFA, ITB and InnoTrans occupy the exhibition halls on the same grounds.

Logistics

How does the stand get from Hochheim to Berlin?

It is planned and made in the Rhine-Main region, then transported and installed by our team on site. Registration, stand approval, delivery and time slots with the organizer are ours to handle for you.

Services

Do you only build the stand, or do you plan it too?

Both. Concept and design, planning, production, logistics, installation, dismantling and support during the event all come together with us, with one fixed point of contact across the whole project.

Dates

Which congresses are coming up in Berlin in 2027?

In spring the BDRh congress at the Estrel and the Diabetes Congress, in June EULAR on the exhibition grounds, in the fall the German Rheumatology Congress and DKOU. The calendar further down lists every event in our selection with its next date.

Projects

Why are there no photos of stands from Berlin here?

The congresses that define Berlin for us are medical congresses. Those stands are under NDA and we are not allowed to show them. What we are allowed to show publicly is in our projects.

Venue

What is different at the CityCube compared to an exhibition hall?

The CityCube is a congress building: the exhibition sits on two levels, the upper hall is column-free with 12 metres of height, with divisible rooms below. Exhibition and lectures take place in the same building, so the audience walks past your stand between sessions.
