More Than 30 Yearsof exhibition experience.
We've grown — but never so far that we lost sight of the individual project.
Founded in 1992 in Wiesbaden.
At Home in the World.
We started in Wiesbaden in 1992 and moved to Hochheim am Main in 2014, where we've been ever since. While others chased scale, we chose depth. We deliberately decided against running our own factory. That means every project gets the right supplying partner, not just whoever's available in-house.
We grew internationally not through acquisitions, but through relationships. As an IFES member, we have immediate access to vetted exhibition builders in any market. Today, with offices in Germany, Austria, and Poland, we serve clients across 45+ countries.
Our clients stay. Not because of contracts, but because of how we work. One project manager, one relationship, one team that picks up the phone after 8 PM on a Friday. That's not marketing. That's how we've always been.

We Hire People, Not Roles.
We're always growing — and always looking for people who want to shape exhibition experiences with us. From project management to the workshop floor.
Our
Partner Network
We deliberately chose not to own a factory. Instead, we built a network of 100+ trusted supplying partners — so every project gets the right specialists, not just whoever's available. Combined with our IFES membership, we can deliver consistent quality in any market worldwide.
Global Network
100 vetted supplying partners across Germany and Austria — the right specialists for every project.
Associations
IFES member. Instant access to vetted exhibition builders across any market, worldwide.
Flexibility
No factory lock-in. We select the best partner for your project — not whoever happens to be available.
Quality
Consistent standards across all markets. One point of contact coordinates everything.
Through our partner network, we provide comprehensive support for logistics, local regulations, installation services, and on-site management — all coordinated through your single point of contact at Public Address.
One Person.
One Hundred Behind Them.
When five people from your team and five from your marketing agency sit across the table, there's one person from PA. That's not a limitation, that's the point. Behind that one person stands a full team, an international network, and 30 years of coordinated delivery.
Your Project Manager
One dedicated contact who knows every detail of your project. Available when you need them. Owns the timeline, the budget, and every decision.
Architects, 3D visualizers, architectural designers
Specialized craftspeople, vetted over 30 years
International shipping, permits, venue coordination
Build-up, supervision, teardown — anywhere in the world
IFES — trusted local partners in every market

We Engagebeyond exhibition building.

Boccia at SV Rhinos Wiesbaden
We sponsor the Hallenboccia team at SV Rhinos Wiesbaden — an inclusive department where players with and without disabilities train and compete together. Their Hochheim member Brigitte Bettenbruch won the German Championships in 2024. Part of our team joined their Friday training, and we sponsored the team jerseys for the next championship.

Lions Summer Night
For 15 years, we've supported the Lions Summer Night in Ingelheim with stand construction. Proceeds benefit the food bank, Ahr flood relief, local youth centres and the regional hospice — organised by the volunteer Lions Club Ingelheim, founded 1986.

Charta der Vielfalt
We've signed Germany's Diversity Charter — alongside more than 6,000 companies across the country — actively committing to a workplace free of exclusion, regardless of gender, nationality, background, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or identity.

What You Should
know.
Your question isn't here? Drop us a line — we'll answer personally.
Ask a questionIs Public Address big enough to handle large-scale projects?
We're 40+ people across 3 offices, but that's just the visible part. Behind every project manager stands a network of 300+ supplying partners, a national (FWD) and international association (IFES), as well as 30 years of coordinated delivery. We've completed 4,500+ projects worldwide.
You don't have your own factory — isn't that a disadvantage?
It's our biggest advantage. No factory means no bias toward one material or method. Every project gets the right specialists — whether that's wood, metal, textile, or LED — chosen for the brief.
Can you work internationally?
Yes. Through our offices in Germany, Austria, and Poland, plus our IFES membership, we coordinate builds in 45+ countries. We know local venue rules, shipping regulations, and have trusted partners on every continent.
What happens if my project manager gets sick?
Every project is documented in our system. Every PM has a backup who's briefed on your project. You'll never be left without a contact — continuity is built into our process.
How long has Public Address been around?
Founded in 1992 in Wiesbaden, we've been building trade fair stands for over 30 years. Many of our client relationships span 10–20 years — and several team members have been with us just as long.
