From planning through production to disposal — our process prioritises reuse, efficiency, and reduced environmental impact.
Modular Stand Systems
Durable, reusable aluminium systems from Pixlip and Octanorm, used extensively across various clients and at exhibitions and congresses.
Flooring With a Long Service Life
Our flooring systems stay in use for many years. Individual elements reach a service life of up to ten years.
Printing With Water-Based Inks
Where the application allows, we print using sublimation with water-based inks. Foldable graphics for easy handling, reduced assembly time, and lower shipping costs.
Smart Logistics
Pre-planned routes, optimized volume, shared transport with other builders. Reusable crates instead of single-use plastic wrapping.
Reusable Packaging
Transport crates built from old exhibition materials. Straps instead of plastic bands. Robust, reusable, minimizing single-use packaging wherever possible.
Furniture Used Across Events
The furniture on our stands travels across many events instead of being sourced anew for individual projects.

How does Public Address work sustainably?
Sustainability is a fundamental part of our corporate strategy, officially incorporated since end of 2023. We are DIN ISO 20121:2025 certified, which means our entire management system — from planning through production to disposal — follows a certified sustainability framework. We use durable, reusable modular aluminium stand systems from Pixlip and Octanorm, sublimation printing with water-based inks, and reusable packaging built from old exhibition materials.
Are the stand construction materials sustainable?
We aim for that wherever possible. Our primary construction approach uses modular aluminium systems (Pixlip and Octanorm) that are reused extensively. Where the application allows, textile graphics are printed using sublimation with water-based inks. Furniture is used across many events instead of being sourced anew for individual projects.
Are your suppliers certified?
We work with our customers and suppliers in a partnership-based and fair manner. We select partners who think and act sustainably. We're transparent that this is an ongoing journey: we continuously improve together with customers who want sustainable exhibitions, suppliers who operate sustainably, and employees for whom sustainability is more than just a trend.
Are transports chosen with sustainability in mind?
Absolutely. We pre-plan all transport routes and carefully calculate required volumes to optimize transport space. We share shipments with other exhibition builders heading to the same venues. Items are packed in reusable crates instead of single-use plastic covers, and secured with straps instead of plastic bands.
How is sustainability implemented at international fairs?
Our DIN ISO 20121 certification provides a sustainability framework that we apply across our projects. Our system-built modular stands are designed to be shipped internationally and reused across multiple events and countries. Our BetterStands awards at CPHI Barcelona, FIE, and BIO-Europe show that our approach has been recognized at major international trade fairs.
