Realisation

On Time. On Budget.
On Point.

From production coordination to on-site build — your project manager delivers while you focus on your visitors.

What We Do

From Approved Design to
Finished Booth.

Realisation is everything that happens after the design is signed off — production coordination, material sourcing, logistics, on-site build-up, onsite support, and teardown. It's the part most exhibition companies outsource and nobody owns. At PA, your project manager owns every step from the approved rendering to the moment you walk onto your finished stand.

The Reality

What Breaks When Nobody Owns the Outcome. Let's Do It Differently.

The Render Gap

Problem

Your designer creates a stunning 3D visualization. Your builder interprets it differently. The materials don't match, the lighting is wrong, the proportions are off. Your stand looks close — but not right.

With Public Address

Our designers and builders work as one team from day one. What you approve in the render is what gets built on site — same materials, same proportions, same vision.

The Vendor Juggle

Problem

Five suppliers, three countries, no single owner. The electrician blames the carpenter, the carpenter blames the logistics company, and your opening is in 48 hours.

With Public Address

One project manager owns every supplier, every trade, every deadline. You get one contact, one timeline, one invoice — from briefing to teardown.

The Venue Surprise

Problem

The hall allocation changed. The ceiling height is 20cm lower than planned. The power connection is on the wrong side. Your builder finds out during build-up — not during planning.

With Public Address

We verify venue specs, power, and logistics weeks before build. Changes are caught in planning, not on site — so no emergency redesigns, no overnight costs.

Peak Season

Your Project GetsIts Own Team.Even in Peak Season.

April through June. September through November. When fair season hits, your exhibition still gets its own dedicated PM, its own timeline, its own quality standard. Our network of 100+ supplying partners means capacity scales with demand. Your deadline doesn't compete with anyone else's.

Client Voices

At the DGS Congress, we needed short-notice flexibility on the patient stand – Public Address handled it with complete confidence. As always, high quality and simply a pleasure to work with.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions About
Realisation.

Real questions from real conversations with clients. If yours isn't here, let's talk.

Ask Us Directly
Quality

How do you ensure the final stand matches the 3D rendering?

Because the same team that designs your stand manages its production. There's no handoff between design and build — your PM tracks every material, every finish, every dimension from rendering to reality. Before on-site build, we do pre-production quality checks against the approved visualization.

Process

What happens if the loading deck changes, or the hall allocation and power connection varies?

It happens more often than you'd think. We check venue specs, loading dock access, and power connections during planning — not during build-up. If something changes, your PM adapts the plan before it becomes a problem. Our modular approach means we can reconfigure without starting from scratch.

Team

What if our regular project manager is unavailable?

Every project has a fully briefed backup PM who knows your brand, your timeline, and your stakeholders. With a team of 40+, everyone knows every project. We're known for picking up the phone at 8 PM on a Friday — it's not a policy, it's how we work.

Logistics

Do you handle international logistics and customs?

Yes — shipping, customs documentation, and venue-specific delivery coordination are part of our standard project management. Through our IFES network, we have trusted local partners in 45+ countries who handle on-the-ground logistics.

Eco

Can you store and reuse our stand between fairs?

Yes. System-built aluminium stands are designed for reuse across 5-10+ fairs. We handle storage, maintenance, damage documentation, and adaptation between events. Your investment carries forward — and every reuse reduces your environmental footprint.

Process

What does the handoff between design and production look like?

There is no handoff — because both are managed under one roof. Your PM is involved from concept through installation. The designer who created your 3D visualization briefs the supplying partner directly. No interpretation errors, no lost details.
