Exhibition Construction Project Coordinator / Site Manager

Office|Hochheim am Main|Full-time

You will independently or as part of a team take responsibility for tasks in the following areas:

Design and development of detailed technical solutions using 2D and 3D CAD software
Preparation of production documentation, bills of materials (BOMs), and installation instructions
Procurement of materials and coordination with contractors, suppliers, and service providers involved in the assigned projects
Verification and retrieval of stored company and client materials in close cooperation with our warehouse team
On-site construction and site management in Germany and abroad
Coordination and supervision of stand assembly and dismantling operations
Management of projects from the completion of the planning phase through to handover to the client
Schedule monitoring and preparation of detailed workshop and production drawings
Coordination of technical details with the project manager
Arrangement of technical services such as electricity, water, rigging, etc., and support with structural calculations and permit applications

Your Profile

Completed vocational training as a carpenter, metalworker, locksmith, or a completed technical qualification, such as technical draughtsperson/designer, engineering degree or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in exhibition stand construction or a related field is an advantage
Experience with CAD and 3D rendering software is an advantage
Confident use of Apple Macintosh operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
Good written and spoken English skills are required
A structured working style combined with strong decision-making skills, flexibility, resilience and a customer-oriented mindset
Highly motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team with a strong commitment to performance and quality
Willingness to travel
Valid Category B driving license
